Product Properties:   This product is a colorless or slightly yellow transparent liquid. The polymerization and curing time depends on the type of tissue contacted, the type of bodily fluid, and the amount of product used. When used correctly, it generally begins to cure within 2 to 8 seconds and is fully cured within 15 to 60 seconds. After curing, a film with a certain degree of hardness is formed, reaching its maximum strength and no longer being sticky; at this point, other tissues, surgical gauze, and surgical instruments can be brought into contact with it.

Mechanism of Action:

This product undergoes rapid polymerization triggered by anions in wound blood and tissue fluid, solidifying into a film with a certain strength and hardness. Under electron microscopy, the film exhibits a continuous network structure that can closely adhere to the wound surface, thereby achieving wound adhesion and closure. This network structure effectively blocks the passage of blood cells and platelets and seals the broken small vascular network, achieving reliable hemostasis. When applied on the body surface, the film usually falls off naturally within 7 to 14 days along with the epidermal keratinization process. Compared to similar long-chain products, this product has a faster curing speed and higher initial strength, but the film's flexibility and toughness are relatively low, making it more suitable for areas with lower tension and mobility.
